The refresh of Café Trio reimagined the long standing Kansas City restaurant with renewed warmth and depth while honoring its legacy. A deep, rich green envelops the walls, layered with gold velvet drapery, leopard-print carpet extending through the dining room and staircase, updated vintage milk glass pendants, gold chandelier lighting, and cognac-upholstered booths. Large windows and the open dining plan now framed by richer materials to create a more intimate, cohesive atmosphere. The transformation preserves the spirit of the original space while elevating it into a more polished expression of classic restaurant elegance.
